Jane Gains a Romantic Interest in Drop Dead Diva

It is certainly difficult for Jane (Brook Elliott) to get off Garyson (Jackson Hurst) out of her mind. However, the Drop Dead Diva is trying her best. Another addition in the cast of the Lifetime series will create a new love interest for Jane, the reincarnated attorney.

According to sources, Lex Medlin, who is 42 years old, will be appearing in the current season of Drop Dead Diva for the last four episodes which will be aired in September. Medlin will be playing the character of Owen French, an attractive judge who asks Jane out for a date after presiding over her cases in court.

Medlin is popular as the Detective Andy Williams on Southland. He has also made marks as Sgt. Barclay in two episodes of CSI last year.

Medlin is represented by Progressive Artists Agency and Pop Art Management.
