Jason Blair joins the cast of Ryan Murphy’s NBC Comedy Pilot

According to relevant resources, it has been learnt that Jayson Blair has been cast as a guest star for the pilot of Ryan Murphy to be aired on NBC. This guest role will becoe a major recurring role if NBC decides to pick this pilot up to a series.

Jayson Blair is known for his bad boy role in MTV’s ‘The Hard Times of RJ Berger.’

Blair will be playing the role of Clay for Ryan Murphy’s comedy pilot. Clay has a Midwestern feel and he is dangerously sexy and even though he peaked in high school, he is entitled.

The title of this single-camera sitcom pilot is New Normal. It is about a gay couple whose roles will be played by Andrew Rannells and Justin Barth, and the surrogate mother who will carry their baby. The role of surrogate mother will be played by Georgia King. Ellen Barkin will be playing the role of the surrogate’s splashy mother.

While Murphy will be directing this single camera sitcom pilot, he will also be the executive producer of this project along with Dante Di Loreto and Ali Adler.

Besides playing Max on RJ Berger, Blair starred as Ty on the Crackle web series Hot Hot Los Angeles. He also has appeared on 2 Broke Girls, The Protector, Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, Rizzoli & Isles, CSI: NY and Glee.
