Jeremy Rosado Out of American Idol

Thursday’s elimination night was pretty tough for the contestants of American Idol.

It was the first time when there actually happened a battle of sexes on the platform of American Idol. Three guys and three girls with the lowest votes were standing before judges Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez, and Randy Jackson.
The task for the judges was difficult as they had to announce who will remain and who will go back to home.

The bottom three guys and girls were called upon by Ryan Seacrest.

The bottom three girls with lowest number of votes were Shannon Magrane, Elise Testone, and Erika Van Pelt, who earned huge applause from the judges when she sang Whitney Houston’s “I Believe in You and Me.” The bottom three guys were Jeremey Rosado, Jermaine Jones and Joshua Ledet, who obviously was a shock as he got maximum marks from all three judges for his version of Stevie Wonder’s “I Wish.”

However, things got a little normal as Joshua and Erika were informed that they were safe.

At the end, the final fight for survival on the platform of American idol was to be fought between Elise and Jeremy. Randy Jackson said, “It wasn’t either of their best performances so it’s one of those nights where ... someone’s got to go, I don’t think America got it exactly right.”

Jennifer was given the opportunity to break the news and she did when she said,
“We’ve come to the decision that we’re going to save Elise,”
Jeremy Rosado realized that he is no more contesting for the American Idol.

Jeremy used to work at a clinic before auditioning for the show. He said, “I’m going to miss the whole experience. This is awesome.”
