Lisa Edelstein Books Multi-Episode Arc

While there Lisa Edelstein lost her role in House, she successfully has booked a gig on The Good Wife.

According to recent news, Edelstein has signed a multi-episode appearance deal with CBS to appear on The Good Wife and she will appear in several episodes on this series whose star is Julianna Marguiles. Her first appearance on this show will be any time near the beginning of the upcoming third season.

According to sources, Lisa Edelstein is going to play a role of someone who has a history with Alicia’s boss and love interest Will whose role is played by Josh Charles. However, nothing has been made official about the role of Lisa Edelstein. Even this has not revealed whether her character role’s relation with Will is going to be of the professional type or will it be of personal kind.

During Mid-May, Edelstein announced that she will not be returning on the Fox’s popular series House for its eighth season which will be launched in this fall.

Along with several other regulars, including Omar Epps and Robert Sean Leonard, Lisa Edelstein was asked by producers of House to reduce their salaries so that the producers may reduce the costs of production on the Universal Media Studios produced medical series for Season 8.
