President Obama to Appear on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon

In 2008, the youth vote helped Obama to win the Presidency. Now Barack Obama is again kickstarting his efforts to court the enthusiastic volunteer-rich young voters again.

And for this, he has chosen the stage of Jimmy Fallon.
NBC and the White House announced on Friday that Obama will appear as guest on

Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday, 24th of April. Instead of its usual New York Studio, that episode of Late Night with Jimmy Falcon will be shot at the University of North Carolina, which is the best public institution in a crucial swing state.

Dave Matthews will appear as the musical guest on that night’s show.

Obama in past has made several appearances on The Tonight Show. Most recently, he appeared as guest star on Jay Leno’s older-skewing program in October. First Lady Michelle Obama has been more more active on the late night circuit, having appeared on Leno’s show in January, Fallon’s show in February and The Colbert Report earlier this month.
