Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk are returning to FX

Glee’s Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk are supposed to come back to FX.

FX aired the series ‘Nip/Tuck’ produced by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk for seven continuous seasons and now FX has offered them to work for the hour long drama pilot “American Horror Story”.

The pilot was co-imagined by Murphy and Falchuk and Murphy is going to direct it. According to sources, production for the show will start in April while casting is going on these days.

In an interview, Murphy said,  “American Horror Story is a project that Brad and I have been discussing for a while. John Landgraf and I have maintained a wonderful relationship since Nip/Tuck ended its run and he gave me an open invitation to develop a new show for the network.”

John Landgraf is the FX president and general manager.

If FX maintains its stand and support this series order, the shooting for American Horror Story will start in late spring and it is supposed to be launched in the fall.

However, both Murphy and Falchuk stated that their major concern will remain on Glee. Murphy said, “Fans can rest assured that we haven’t taken our eyes off that ball for a second. We’ve broken the stories for the season’s remaining episodes and we’ve got big things planned for our little glee club as it strives to make it past Regionals to the all-important Nationals competition in New York City.”

American Horror Story is the production of 20th TV wile Falchuk and Dante Di Loreto will be the executive producers of the show.

They're too busy with Glee right now, so everything else may just be second priority.

So are they going back or not? that headline contradicts the first line. Are going to come back is not the same as supposed to come back.

I think they're effective with Glee-type shows. They should do more of that.

The shows they produce are strong at the start, but tend to wane in the latter episodes.

Nip Tuck was a good show until it became too weird with erotic undertones.

I don't care what they do next, just as long as they keep the quality of Glee OK.

I don't get the shows these two produce. Nip Tuck was weird and now Glee is just too sweet.

I love Glee, so I hope they're not gonna compromise the quality of the show for this new project.

It surely looks like they'll be busy. Here's hoping they'll learned a lesson from Chuck Lorre and NOT hire Charlie sheen.
