The winner of the upcoming season of the X-Factor will take away $5 million with him or her and he or she will also get a chance to perform live in front of a big crowd.
The X Factor is scheduled to premiere in the fall season and Simon Cowell, is inviting people to audition for the show openly. Cowell has posted a video on the official website of The X Factor which says, “We want someone who’s going to be a global superstar. That’s why you’ve got to enter this show. You’ve got the ‘X factor. ‘You think you can take everyone on. Bring it on.”
Cowell is trying to increase the reach of his sow making it “bigger and better than anything you’ve ever seen before. It’s going to be more extreme, more fun, more exciting. If I couldn’t do that I wouldn’t do the show,” he says.
The interested contestants will be auditioning for the show in Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Los Angeles, Seattle and New York in front of live crowds that may go up to 4,000 people.
The show is open for young men, young women, older singers, and vocal groups and every contestant will be competing for gaining $5 million dollar and a recording contract From Sony.
