The Finder gains ratings while Grimm loses

In Friday evening’s ratings war, ABC and NBC gained equal points as each drew an average rating of 1.2 apiece among adults 18-49.

On the other hand, Fox’s The Finder rebounded three tenths from last week’s series low of 0.9. This Fox series won 4.2 million viewers. However, it lost to a rerun of ABC’s Shark Tank which gained 5.1 million with 1.2 ratings in the time slot of 8:00 PM. NBC’s Who Do You Think You Are? and CW’s Nikita were beaten with 4.2 million, 0.8 and 1.5 million, 0.4 ratings respectively.
CBS’ 8:30 PM program, Rules of Engagement attained 3.6 million viewers and a 0.8 ratings.

In the 9:00 PM slot, NBC’s Grimm earned a 1.3 rating, down three tenths from its previous week in adults 18-49, as it drew 4.5 million viewers. Yet again the show won its time slot, opposite ABC Primetime’s What Would You Do? (4.4 million, 1.3), Fox’s Fringe (3.1 million, 1.0), CBS’ CSI: NY (6.2 million, 0.8), and The CW’s Supernatural (1.5 million, 0.6).

NBC’s Dateline maintained its lead at 10:00 PM as it drew 5.8 million viewers and a rating of 1.4. In comparison, ABC’s 20/20 gained 4.1 million viewers and a 1.3 rating, while CBS’ Blue Bloods attracted 6.2 million and 0.8 ratings.
