Chandler is still in love with Joey's girlfriend; he thinks that he's found a way out of the situation when he finds Joey making a date with another girl, but is crushed to find out that Joey intends to date both girls. Things get worse when Chandler has to cover for Joey, who is late for his "late date." Ross takes his keyboard out of storage and shares his "sound" with the friends. They tell him it's great, just to be nice, but Ross takes them seriously.
