After going to school to be a paramedic, Kevin has been serving his first year as a firefighter for the local fire department. Meshell is currently a nursing student and will be graduating next month. While going to school, the couple has been renting a two-story town home. The unit has plenty of space, but it isn't anything they can call theirs. They are looking to make an addition to the family with a new puppy and are getting very anxious to have a home of their own with a yard. Meshell's mother and real estate agent, Debbie Lynch, has been in the business for the past 20 years and having raised Meshell in the area, knows it very well. She is making it her priority to find her daughter and son-in-law a home they love.

Just a short ferry ride from the city, the island offers the couple the best of both worlds--proximity to their jobs in the city and the feeling of living in the woods. Tampa residents Susan and Allan Dickson were searching for a new home, but sold their old home before they found one. A backyard is a necessity for their two dogs, and they would like to have a pool. Allan would also like the place to be located on a golf course. Suzanne and Phuong Le love living in the Portland, Ore., area and currently have in a cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom rental. It has served them well in the past, but now they are ready to plant some roots and start a family. The first step toward that end is purchasing their first home. They want the house large enough that they can entertain their extended family, so that means at least three bedrooms and maybe even a bonus room, along with a large kitchen and a substantial yard. They want to stay as close as possible to the Portland area, but are willing to head over to the suburbs if necessary. Associate broker Dana Crocker hopes she can turn their dream into a reality while still staying within their budget.
