After going to school to be a paramedic, Kevin has been serving his first year as a firefighter for the local fire department. Meshell is currently a nursing student and will be graduating next month. While going to school, the couple has been renting a two-story town home. The unit has plenty of space, but it isn't anything they can call theirs. They are looking to make an addition to the family with a new puppy and are getting very anxious to have a home of their own with a yard. Meshell's mother and real estate agent, Debbie Lynch, has been in the business for the past 20 years and having raised Meshell in the area, knows it very well. She is making it her priority to find her daughter and son-in-law a home they love.

They want the house large enough that they can entertain their extended family, so that means at least three bedrooms and maybe even a bonus room, along with a large kitchen and a substantial yard. They want to stay as close as possible to the Portland area, but are willing to head over to the suburbs if necessary.
